Partners
Partners committed to a sustainable future
Meet the people who are taking action, innovating, and raising awareness on a daily basis for a cleaner city (and planet). Games, activities, discoveries... everything you need to be inspired, have fun, and leave with some great ideas!
Autrement
Come and test your reflexes and your debating skills with an interactive role-playing game based on “speeches of inaction.” Through 12 speeches divided into different categories, you will be invited to identify, counter or embody these arguments... all with a buzzer to spice up the game and make the experience both fun and dynamic! Suitable for both adults and young people aged 12 and over, this game allows you to think while having fun.
Brussels Environment
With the Sort & Shoot activity, combine waste sorting with team spirit. An original activity to raise awareness of the impact of our daily actions while having fun. You can also take part in an exciting escape game on We're Park Brussels.
Écocirculaire
Find out how to compost even in an apartment! The team will share tips on how to turn your organic waste into a useful and natural resource for your plants.
Fost Plus
(Re)live the Smurf VR experience! Put on a headset, enter the world of Smurfette, and learn how to sort recyclable materials. An immersive, fun activity for all ages.
Les Petits Riens
(Re)discover the right way to sort waste with a giant board game! At each square, there is a challenge or a question to test your knowledge of urban cleanliness. Play with family, friends, or complete strangers.
ValorFrit
A giant dart game to learn how to recycle cooking oil without getting your fingers dirty. After each throw, answer a question and you might win a useful and sustainable goodie.
City of Brussels
Stop by the City of Brussels stand to stock up on cleaning supplies and get equipped for your next Clean Up actions. A simple gesture with a concrete and direct impact on your neighborhood.
WORMS
Magic composting, a pocket game that will introduce you to the basics of composting and reducing bio-waste. A sensory and practical approach that will appeal to both the curious and those passionate about living soil.
Police zone
The Police Zone is offering two interactive workshops:
- Slogan workshop: participants are invited to give free rein to their imagination to create slogans about cleanliness. Some may even be adopted by the local council!
- Photo workshop: through a fun approach, this workshop will showcase various examples of anti-social behaviour and explain the role of the police in dealing with them.
World Clean Up Day
Become part of a cleaner city

The Brussels Clean Festival is part of World Cleanup Day, from 17 to 21 September 2025. For five days, hundreds of Brussels residents will be mobilising to make the city cleaner and more pleasant.
Want to get involved? Request your free clean-up kit (vest, gloves and bag) before 3 September, clean up your street, neighbourhood or favourite park... and join the citizen movement!
But your commitment can go even further. Thanks to the Wake-Up Clean-Up programme, everyone can take action all year round: alone, with family, neighbours or colleagues. Every little bit helps!
The Brussels Clean Festival is a major annual celebration that honours all these local and civic initiatives.
It is a true collective celebration for the people of Brussels and those who are making a difference.
Ambassadors
Ambassadors in the spotlight

This year, the Brussels Clean Festival celebrates those who make a difference every day. Our Wake-Up Clean-Up ambassadors are being honored for their commitment to a cleaner and more welcoming city. A special area has been set up for them to chat with the public and take part in a photo booth. An awards ceremony will recognize their inspiring initiatives in a festive and appreciative atmosphere. Because these everyday heroes deserve to be in the spotlight.
